丹红注射液治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床疗效及药理作用探讨

Curative effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

目的 观察丹红注射液治疗特发性肺纤维化的临床疗效,探讨相关药理作用机制.方法 选取我院2010年5月~2013年1月收治的90例特发性肺纤维化患者按照随机数字表法结合患者意愿分为治疗组与对照组各45例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用丹红注射液治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效,探讨药理作用.结果 两组患者治疗前PaO2、Dlco、血清TGF-β1及通气量水平比较均无明显差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善（P〈0.05）,但治疗组较对照组改善明显（P〈0.01）,具有统计学意义.结论 丹红注射液治疗特发性肺纤维化有良效,且可能通过抗凝、促纤溶发挥作用.

Objective To observe the curative effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of idiopathic pul- monary fibrosis, and to explore its related pharmacological mechanism. Methods 90 patients with idiopathic pulmo- nary fibrosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 45 patients in each group. All the patients were given conventional treatment, and the treatment group was treated with Danhong injection therapy. Their clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in PaO2 , Dlco, and serum TGF-[31 between the two groups before the treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After the treatment, all the chil- dren were better improved, but the improvement was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Danhong iniection is effective to patients with idiopathic Dulmonarv fibrosis.
