This article succinctly reviews the history of industrial forming process. Then in-depth analysis of dairy industry, discovered the leading product is simple, just one kind that is liquid milk only. But certain some running characteristics of dairy industry are very special. According on these findings, further pointed out the necessity of restructuring the industry.
