腹腔镜手术CO_2气腹对腹膜结构及机体内环境影响研究

摘要 腹腔镜手术具有外部切口小、损伤小、术后恢复快、可减少住院时间等诸多优势,因此在临床应用中呈迅速发展和广泛应用趋势。临床上腹腔镜手术中多以CO2作为膨腹介质,其所产生的特殊机体和内环境改变,以及可能产生的机体改变损伤等已引起大家的关注。
