摘要
通过正交试验优化了杜仲叶中抗α-葡萄糖苷酶成分的提取条件,并利用葡聚糖凝胶对杜仲叶水提液进行纯化分离,分析了杜仲叶水提物纯化液的黄酮含量。研究结果表明,杜仲叶的提取条件为提取料液比为1∶10,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为40min。杜仲叶水提物纯化液具有明显的抗α-葡萄糖苷酶效果,且杜仲叶中总黄酮含量为3.31%,纯化液中黄酮的含量为18.12%,杜仲总黄酮粗品得率为7.32%。
This paper studied the optimum extraction conditions of anti-alpha glucosidase components from Eucommia ulmoides leaves through the orthogonal experiment. Water extraction of Eucommia ulmoides leaves was separated and purified by Sephadex G-75, and the fla- vonoid content was analyzed. The optimal extraction conditions ot' Eucommia ulmoides leaves were ratio of solid to liquid 1:10 (w/v), ex- traction temperature 90~C, and extracting time 40 min. The purified water extract of Eucommia ulmoides leaves had obvious anti-alpha gluco- sidas effect. The flavonoid content of Eucommia ulmoides leaves and the purified extract were 3.31% and 18.12% , respectively. The yield of crude flavonoids extract was 7.32% .
