摘要
研究了甲烷在LaCu1-x Mn x O3钙钛矿催化剂上的低温催化反应,考察了不同量锰离子和铜离子进行复合掺杂对催化剂结构物理性质和催化性能的影响。结果表明,催化剂在600℃焙烧后,可以形成完整的钙钛矿晶型;锰离子的掺杂对于催化剂的结构有较大的影响,比表面积有所增大,LaCuO3催化剂的活性明显升高,其中LaMnO3催化甲烷燃烧的活性最好。
Catalytic combustion of methane has been studied over a series of perovskite catalysts,LaCu1-x-MnxO3 prepared by co-precipitation method. Effect of Cu substituting Mn on the structure physical and catalytic properties was investigated. The results show that the catalyst with good crystallinity was obtained after calcination under oxygen at 600 ℃ for 4 h. At the same all catalysts have the high catalytic activity. The introduction of different Mn has much effect on the properties of catalysts,the catalytic activity of LaCuO3 is increased LaMnO3 catalyst shows a highest activity for methane combustion in all samples.
