2-羟基-1-萘醛缩乙二胺Schiff碱及其稀土金属配合物的合成和表征

Synthesis and characterization of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde ethylenediamine Schiff base and rare earth metal complexes

以2-羟基-1-萘醛和乙二胺为原料,乙醇为溶剂,加热回流制备2-羟基-1-萘醛缩乙二胺Schiff碱配体,然后分别与铟(Ⅲ)、钍(Ⅳ)的盐反应,生成相应的配合物,并对2-羟基-1-萘醛缩乙二胺Schiff碱及其金属配合物的抗菌活性进行探究。结果表明,配合物对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用较配体更强。

With 2-hydroxy-1-naphthalene aldehyde and ethylene diamine as the raw materials,alcohol as solvent,2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde ethylenediamine Schiff base ligands is synthesized by refluxing reaction,and the corresponding complexes were generated by the ligand and indium（Ⅲ）,thorium（Ⅳ） salt. Furthermore,their antibacterial activity were also explored. The results indicated that the complex was stronger resistant to four different bacteria of hay bacillus,colon bacillus,pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus than the ligand itself.
