摘要
以硬脂酸丁酯为芯材,吐温80、司班80为乳化分散剂,以单体2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和三乙烯四胺反应,并采用乙二醇进行改性形成的聚脲树脂为壳体,采用界面聚合法制备微胶囊相变材料。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)、氮气吸脱附测试仪等对微胶囊热性能、表面形态和比表面积进行了分析表征。结果表明,所制备的乙二醇改性微胶囊相变温度为20.5℃,相变潜热为87.75 J/g;平均比表面积0.009 9 m2/g,致密性较好。
Encapsulated phase change poly-urea materials(EPCPUMs) with an thick shell of glycol modified poly-urea resin,were prepared by the method of interfacial polymerization using butyl stearate as core materials,Tween-80,span-80 as emulsifiers,2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and triethylene tetramine as monomer. The chemical structure of the sample was analyzed using FTIR. The surface morphology was studied by SEM. The thermal properties and thermal stability of the sample were obtained from DSC. And Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) model was used to analysis the specific surface area and pore volume of the sorbents. The results revealed that the temperatures and latent heats of melting of encapsulated phase poly-urea change materials were determined as 20. 5 ℃ and 87. 75 J/g,respectively. The BET surface area(4 V/A) of EPCPUM was found to be 0. 009 9 m2/g and reveal that EPCPUMs have good densification.
