摘要
用乙醇提取虎杖中的白藜芦醇,并用LS-303大孔吸附树脂进行纯化。研究表明,乙醇的体积分数为70%,提取温度为70℃,固液比为2∶100(g/mL),恒温2 h,白藜芦醇一次提取率为88.5%;LS-303树脂对白藜芦醇的静态吸附速率为13.9μg/(g·min)。吸附热力学曲线可用Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程描述,吸附的白藜芦醇可用60%乙醇解吸,虎杖白藜芦醇提取液纯化后,杂质含量显著降低。
Using ethanol to extracted the resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum,and use LS-303 macroporous resin for purification. The results showed that the extraction rate of resveratrol can reach 88. 5% when the volume fraction of alcohol is 70%. The extraction temperature is 70 ℃,solid and liquid ratio is 2∶ 100(g/mL),isothermal 2 h,the static adsorption rate of LS-303 macroporous resin is 13. 9 μg/(g·min), the thermodynamics of adsorption curve can describe by the Freundlich and Langmuir equations. Resveratrol can be desorbed by the 60% alcohol that adsorption on the resin. Extraction significantly decreased the content of impurities of resveratrol extracts from Polygonum cuspidatum that purifying.
