摘要
在微波辐射下,用邻苯二胺和烟酸合成了2-(3-吡啶基)苯并咪唑,采用L9(34)正交实验法,2-(3-吡啶基)苯并咪唑的最佳合成工艺条件为:微波辐射时间120 min,微波辐射功率为162 W,邻苯二胺与烟酸物质的量比为1∶1.1。产物的收率为68.72%,通过数字熔点仪、红外光谱仪、元素分析仪进行了表征。
2-(3-Pyridinyl) benzimidazole was synthesized from o-phenylenediamine and niacin under microwave irradiation. With the method of L9(34) orthogonal test. The result shows that the best synthesis technology of 2-(3-pyridinyl) benzimidazole is that the time of microwave radiation is 120 min,the power of microwave radiation is 162 W,the dosage ratio is 1∶ 1. 1. And the overall yield reached 68. 72%. The structures of the compounds were confined by melting point determination,IR and elemental analysis.
