摘要 用超声振动辅助清洗剂清洗飞机,探讨了基材及其表面粗糙度、清洗时间对清洗效率的影响。结果表明,试件的材质和表面粗糙度对清洗效率值均有较大影响;清洗时间长能提高清洗效率,但是清洗时间过长,容易使试件造成腐蚀,导致试验结果不可信。 Using ultrasonic vibration assisted aircraft cleaning agent,the effect of the substrate and its surface roughness,cleaning time on cleaning efficiency were investigated. The results showed that aircraft material type and surface roughness have significant influence on the cleaning efficiency,and cleaning time should be considered fully in the test process. However,if the cleaning time too long tends to cause corrosion specimens,lead test result can not be trusted.
