LAMP荧光染色法检测人乳头瘤病毒的临床应用

摘要 人乳头瘤病毒(HumanPapillomaVirus,H1)V)是引起尖锐湿疣的主要病原体,目前还不能进行体外细胞培养,且其抗原接触免疫系统的机会少,难以用检测抗体的方法诊断。PCR(聚合酶链式反应)检测病毒DNA序列具有特异和敏感等特点,但需要特殊的仪器设备,且对检测人员有较高的技术要求,难以用于基层。本研究采用环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)结合荧光染色检测HPV,对尖锐湿疣的预防、早期快速诊断和治疗具有特别重要的临床意义。
