论我国国际私法教学的本土化

Localization of China's Private International Law Teaching

法律制度是法学的主要研究对象之一,国际私法是舶来品,三十多年来我国涉外民商法律和涉外民商事司法的积累,为我国国际私法教育的本土化提供了充分条件。必须尽快实现国际私法教学体系、内容、方法的本土化,突出我国涉外民商法律的地位和涉外司法成果,为促进我国涉外民商事交往培养高素质人才。

Legal system is one of the main subjects of study of law, the private international law is exotic. The accumula- tion of civil and commercial law and judicature in 30 years provide adequate conditions for the localization of private in- ternational law education. It is urgent to realize the localization of the system, contents and methods of private interna- tional law teaching, stress the standing of Chinese civil and commercial law with foreign elements and the achievement of judicature with foreign elements, and train highly qualified personnel for promoting the foreign-related civil and commer- cial exchanges.
