Research on Voluntary Provision of Public Goods in the Dual Incentives of Institution and Social Preference

围绕"外在的公共政策如何与个体内在的社会偏好形成良性互动从而激发公共品自愿供给"这一问题,在公共品自愿供给机制研究的经济学理论脉络的基础上,通过近年关于社会偏好的博弈实验、自然和田野实验等跨学科研究在公共政策设计中的最新应用和前沿动向来对此进行解答,发现制定公共政策的情境、缺少有效信息、个体异质性均会影响合作的形成,而增强个体自主性则会改善公共政策对于社会偏好的挤出效应。

This paper, involving the question of how stimulating the formation of voluntary provision of public goods by building up a positive interaction between external public policy and individuals internal social preference, for answering this question, employs the latest applications and cutting-edge trends of interactive game control experiments, as well as nat- ural and field experiments in public policy design, which focusing on the economic theories context of voluntary provision mechanism of public goods. It founds that the context of public policy, the lack of valid information, individual heterogenei- ty will affect the formation of cooperation, but enhance individual autonomy will reverse the crowding-out effect of public pol- icy for the social preferences.
