Study on Knowledge Sharing Game and Policy of Business Incubator and Venture Capital

基于对科技企业孵化器与创投知识共享影响因素和利润函数的分析,建立了科技企业孵化器与创投知识共享的博弈模型,研究了科技企业孵化器与创投获取知识投资水平和知识共享水平以及政策对均衡的作用。研究表明创投获取知识的投资水平、知识共享水平均随在创业项目所占股份比例的增加而增加,随着孵化器内创业企业税收强度的增加而降低;孵化器获取知识的投资水平、知识共享水平随税收强度和财政返还强度的增加而增加。创投、孵化器获取知识的投资水平、共享知识的水平均随着项目价值的增加而增加。

This paper, based on the analysis of knowledge sharing factors and profit function for business incubator and ven- ture capital, has established a knowledge sharing game model of business incubator and venture capital, and has studied business incubator and venture capital＇ s investment level of knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing level and policy on the balanced effect. The result shows that venture capital＇ s level of knowledge acquisition investment and knowledge sha- ring increase with percentage increasing on entrepreneurial projects, and decrease with the increasing of the tax ratio inside of the incubator. Incubator＇ s investment level of knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing level increase with the in- creasing of tax ratio and financial return ratio. Venture capital and incubator＇ s investment level of knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing level increase bothwith the value of the project increases.
