摘要
从积极组织行为学的视角出发,提出了战略领导力、下属心理资本与下属工作绩效关系的跨层级模型。通过采用HLM对128个创业团队的实证研究发现:下属心理资本对下属工作绩效有显著的正向影响;战略领导力对下属心理资本有显著的正向影响;下属心理资本是战略领导力与下属工作绩效的中介变量。
This paper examines the mediating role of follower psychological capital in the relationship among the essence of strategic leadership and follower performance. Using 128 intact entrepreneurial teams, the HLM result shows that not only did strategic leadership have a relationship with follower psychological capital, but through these positive constructs, it was also related to follower performance.
