新生代农民工组织认同、工作嵌入及其对工作绩效影响的实证研究 被引量:20

摘要 在对前人研究进行梳理的基础上,以新生代农民工为研究对象,通过量表调查方式,对组织认同、工作嵌入及其对工作绩效的作用机理进行了探索性研究。结果表明:新生代农民工组织认同中对工作绩效具有显著正向影响;新生代农民工工作嵌入对工作绩效具有显著正向影响;新生代农民工组织认同对工作嵌入具有显著正向影响;新生代农民工工作嵌入的匹配维度在组织认同对工作绩效的影响中起中介作用。 This paper, based on current research, with new generation of migrant workers as the research object, through the questionnaire survey way, has carried on the comprehensive study the embedded organizational identification, job and the performance of mechanism. The result shows that : the new generation of migrant worker' s organizational identification has a positive effect on job performance ; its job-embedded has significant positive impact on job performance ; the new gen- eration of migrant workers organizational identification has a positive effect on job -embedded; the matching dimension of its job-embedded plays an partial intermediary role in organizational identification work performance influence.
