摘要
目的观察止嗽散治疗外感咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取外感咳嗽患者192例,分为中药组及对照组;中药组根据临床症状分为风寒袭肺组56例,风热犯肺组43例,风燥犯肺组62例,以止嗽散为基本方并随证加减治疗;对照组31例,予复方甲氧那明胶囊,均治疗4 d。测定4组治疗前后咳嗽症状积分及总有效率。结果 4组治疗后咳嗽症状积分均较本组治疗前下降,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药各治疗组症状积分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);风寒袭肺组、风热犯肺组、风燥犯肺组及对照组治疗总有效率分别为91.07%、86.05%、95.16%、80.65%,风热犯肺组、风燥犯肺组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据外感咳嗽的不同证型,以止嗽散为基本方进行适当加减,可明显改善患者外感咳嗽症状,治疗效应与复方甲氧那明相当;止嗽散加减治疗风热犯肺、风燥犯肺2种证型患者可达到更好的临床效果。
Objective To observe the effect of exogenous cough treated by Zhisou powder .Mtehods 192patients with exogenous cough were randomly divided into control group (n =31) and traditional Chinese medicinegroup (n =161).Traditional Chinese medicine were divided into wind -cold affecting lung group (n =56),wind -heat affecting lung group (n =43) and wind -dryness affecting lung group (n =62) according to clinical symptoms.Each traditional Chinese medicine group received Zhisou powder in subtraction with the symptoms .Control group receivedcompound Methoxyphenamine capsule .The course was four days in four groups.Cough symptom score and totalefficiency was measured before and after treatment in four groups .Results Cough symptom scores after treatmentwere decreased as compared with those before treatment in four groups (P 0.05).Thetotal effective rate in wind -cold affecting lung group,wind -heat affecting lung group,wind -dryness affecting lunggroup and control group were 91.07%,86.05%,95.15% and 80.65%.There was significant difference betweencontrol group,wind -cold affecting lung group and wind -dryness affecting lung group (P 〈0 .05).Conclusion Depending on the type of exogenous cough syndrome ,Zhisou powder taking appropriate to subtract as the basic direc -tions can significantly improve symptoms of patients with exogenous cough ,its effect was as same as that of compoundmethoxyphenamine,can achieve better clinical cure rate for two kinds of syndromes patients with wind -heat invadinglung and dry wind Fanfei.
