摘要
根据对华北地区、西北地区、西藏地区3个典型区域公路的交通量、车型及车速等的数据监测,应用HJ 2.4-2009推荐噪声预测模式,选择3个区域内3条公路在不同工况、条件下进行噪声预测评价,并提出合理的降噪措施,为提高环境影响评价质量,更好地控制3个不同区域公路交通噪声污染提供参考。
Based on traffic volume, vehicle type, vehicle speed and other monitoring data obtained from highways in north China, northwest China and Tibet, a noise prediction mode (recommended by HJ 2.4-2009) was applied to carry out noise prediction evaluation for 3 highways in the 3 regions under different working conditions and contexts. A reasonable solution for noise reduction was proposed to provide references for the quality improvement of environmental impact assessment and the better controlling of traffic noise pollution in the 3 regions.
