摘要
目的:测定吸烟对血液尿酸的影响,并了解这种变化与烟草代谢物的关系。方法:选择健康人群304人,其中吸烟者162人(男145人,女17人),不吸烟者142人(男64人,女78人)。使用全自动生化仪测定血液尿酸、肌酐以及尿中的可替宁水平。结果:吸烟者血液中尿酸水平明显低于不吸烟者,两者有明显差异。血液中尿酸水平降低与吸烟量与时间存在一定负相关关系。结论:在排除影响血液尿酸因素以后,吸烟者尿酸水平明显降低,这种降低与尿酸内源性生成减少有关,是吸烟促发人体应激反应作用的结果。由于测定尿酸方法简单而且能反应人体的抗氧化物水平,它有可能成为吸烟者应激状态的常规检测指标。
Objective : To determine the effect of smoking on blood uric acid, and to investigate the relationship between the changes of uric acid and the tobacco metabolites. Methods: 304 healthy people were chosen. Among them 162 people (male 145 and female 17) were smokers, and 142 people (male 64 and female 78 ) non-smok- ers. The blood uric acid, creatinine and urinary cotinine were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer. Re- suits: The blood uric acid was significantly lower in smokers than in non-smokers, and there was significant differ- ence between the two groups. Lowering uric acid in the blood was negative correlated with smoking quantity and time. Conclusion: After excluded the other factors affecting blood uric acid, the decrease of uric acid in smokers was attributed to the reduction of endogenous production of uric acid as a result of the chronic exposure to cigarette smoke that was a significant source of oxidative stress. The determination method for uric acid was cheap and sim- ple, and could reflect the level of antioxidant. So it was possible to introduce plasma uric acid estimation as a rou- tine test to understand the smoking stress.
