糖网灵治疗糖尿病视网膜病变临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tang-wang-ling on Diabetic Retinopathy

目的：观察糖网灵治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效.方法：将60例确诊为糖尿病视网膜病变的患者随机分为2组.治疗组给予自拟糖网灵中药煎剂治疗;对照组应用导生明口服,疗程均为4周.结果：治疗组显效11例,有效15例,无效4例,总有效率为86.67％（95％ CI=71.00％～96.50％）;对照组显效9例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率70.00％（95％ CI =53.60％ ～86.40％）;两组综合疗效比较（u =1.094 8,P＞0.05）,差异无显著性意义.结论：糖网灵治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效优于导生明的证据不充分,其收益为OR =0.36 （95％CI=0.10 ～1.33）,NNT=6（95％ CI=2.67～29.87）.

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tang-wang-ling on diabetic retinopathy. Methods： 60 cases with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into 2 groups. Treatment group was given to the decoction of Tang-wang-ling, and control group was given to Dao-sheng-ming orally taken. One course of treatment included 4 weeks. Results： In treatment group 11 cases were excellent, 15 ones effective, and 4 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 86.67% （95% CI =71.00% -96.50% ）. In control group 9 cases were excellent, 12 ones ef- fective, and 9 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 70.00% （95% CI =53.60% -86.40% ）. There was no significant differences between the two groups （ u = 1. 094 8 ,P 〉 0.05 ）, NNT = 6 （95% CI = 2.67 - 29.87 ） o Conclusion： There is not enough evidence to show that Tang-wang-ling has better effect than Dao-sheng-ming on diabetic retinopathy, OR =0.36 （95%CI =0.10 - 1.33）, NNT =6 （95%CI =2.67 -29.87）.
