摘要
四川久大制盐有限公司长山盐矿针对矿区卤井生产年限长,顶板垮塌较为严重,油套管腐蚀严重,开窗困难,修治难度较大的实际情况,首次应用了石油行业成熟的双座封注灰导斜器在事故井修治中开窗侧钻的先进技术,实施了矿123井的大修。该修井技术的应用,大大缩短了开窗工序工期,推进了矿山修治井技术的进步,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
According to actural condition of the long time production of brine well, the serious collapse of the roof , serious corrosion of the oil casing and the difficults in window openning and repair in the salt mine of Changshan Salt Mine of Sichuan Jiuda Salt Manufacturing Co., we firstly use the advanced technology of window openning and lateral drilling of mature two seat sealing cement injection guide inclined implement in the oil industry to carry out the repair of NO.123 well. The application of this well repair technology greatly shorten the window openning process and schedule and promotes the progess of well repair technology of salt mine which achieves great economic benefits and social benefits.
