摘要
某盐卤管道全长187公里,管道末端有两个分输出口,其中干线长146km,管径为Φ559mm,某盐场支线20km,另一盐场支线21km。该管道具有单段距离超长、有分支、输送量大等特点。所建设输卤管道测漏系统采用"负压波+输差分析"测漏原理,实现了管道泄漏监测报警与定位,取得较好的效果,保障了管道的安全运行。
the length of a brine pipeline is 187 km, at the end of the pipeline is two branch outlet, where the length of the trunk is 146km, and the diameter is Ф559mm. The branch of the salt pan is 20 km and the other branch of the pan is 21 km. This pipeline is of the characteristics that long distance of the single segment, branch exsiting and large transportation capacity. The leakage monitoring system for brine transporatation pipeline that been constructed takes the negative pressure wave and transmission error analysis principal which realizes pipeline leakage monitoring ,alarm and location. It has got great effect and guarantees the safe operation of the pipeline.
