摘要
普通野生稻微核心种质中蕴含丰富的优异基因资源,是用于水稻品种改良和基础研究的重要材料。为了筛选携带广亲和基因S5n的普通野生稻种质,利用前人开发的鉴定水稻S5n基因的InDel分子标记,对107份野生稻微核心种质进行了PCR扩增和读带分析。结果筛选出3份携带S5n广亲和基因的野生稻种质,均来自海南省,该基因可能在海南完成演化。野生稻广亲和材料有助于籼粳交育种材料的创制。
The mini-core collection germplasms of wild rice contain abundant excellent gene re-sources ,and are the important material for the improvement and basic research of rice .Using functional marker of S5n for identifying wide compatibility gene (WCG) ,107 mini-core collection germplasms of wild rice were screened .The result showed that there were three germplasms hold-ing S5n gene ,all of which came from Hainan province .This indicated that S5n maybe emerged from Hainan province .The wild rice with S5n would be helpful for creating the indica-japonica breeding material .
