Research on the Problems,Reform Obstacles and Adjustment Strategies in the Distribution System of State Monopoly Industries

如何有效调整和扭转国有垄断行业不合理的收入分配格局,建立健全国有资本和公共资源收益分享、共享机制,使人民均享发展带来的收益,关系到改革的成败、人民的福祉和国家的进一步发展。本文指出了中国国有垄断行业分配制度中存在的主要问题以及阻碍国有垄断行业分配制度改革的主要障碍,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期有利于促进中国垄断行业和收入分配领域的理论研究和改革实践。

How to adjust and reverse unreasonable income distribution pattern in state-owned monopolies effectively, as well as establish and improve the revenue sharing mechanism of state capital and public resource, so that people are en- titled to share development gains, are related to the success of reform, the welfare of the people and further development of China. This paper points out the main problems and reform obstacles in distribution system of state-owned monopolies and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and strategies to promote theoretical research and reform practices in the field of monopoly industries and income distribution.
