摘要
货币流动性问题是一个关系到中国金融业安全和国民经济发展的重大问题。从世界范围看,中国目前出现的"钱荒"背景是实际货币严重超发,从而增加了对其解释的难度。鉴于此,结合中国的国情,从经济与金融政策、国内金融市场、货币外流、经济形态、军费支出等视角,讨论了中国"钱荒"问题产生的根源,给出了消除"钱荒"的相应对策。
Monetary Liquidity is a very important issue that it affects China＇s financial security and national economic development. From the global perspective,＂ money shortage＂ in China recently is a seriously excessive issue that we should pay attention to national characteristics especially. For this reason,we combined it with China＇s national conditions accord- ing to the economic and financial policy, domestic financial market, currency outflow, economic type, military spending, dis- cussing the root of problem of China＇s ＂money shortage＂. At last,the paper gives the relative suggestions
