摘要
本文通过正规渠道对263家银行类金融机构进行网上银行的全面调研,针对网银客户数占国内总数98%的全部18家全国性商业银行,对影响个人网上银行交易额增长率的产品因素进行分析;基于个人网上银行67种产品,运用粗糙集理论对影响个人网上银行交易额增长速度的产品因素进行了定量化约简,确定了影响个人网上银行交易额增长速度的关键产品因素。
An investigation has been made on 263 banking financial institutions in China through formal channels, with 98 percent of all the 18 nationwide commercial bank's personal e-bankings, analysizing the product factors affecting personal e-banking trading volume. The paper quantifies reduction of the product factors affecting personal e-banking trading volume by the rough set theory, and determines the key product factors affecting personal e-banking transaction vol- ume growth rate.
