摘要
矿井煤仓作为煤炭储运过程中一个重要的环节,在煤矿生产建设过程中起着特别重要的作用,对矿井连续生产意义重大,但井下煤仓往往由于地层压力的作用出现破坏,由于地质力学环境及煤仓开凿形式特殊,修复困难。通过采用锚网喷+全长注浆锚索支护技术控制围岩,增强围岩稳定性,来实现煤仓的修复,确保了煤仓的安全使用。本文对施工工艺及技术措施进行了总结性论述,为其它煤仓修复工程提供借鉴经验。
Coal bunker plays a particularly important role in the process of storage and transportation to maintain the continuous production in collieries, but it is often damaged by the formation pressure. Aiming at the difficul- ty in restoration due to the geological mechanical conditions and special excavating form, the author discusses the construction technology and technical measures of shotcrete-- and-- wholly-- grouted-- anchor support to in- crease the stability of the surrounding rock and achieve the bunker restoration, which provides a reference for other coal bunker restoration project.
