摘要
米村煤矿架棚巷道掘进中,前探梁吊环是通过吊环与梁之间用木楔背实实现稳固,操作不方便,且可靠性差,针对此情况,通过现场观察并多次试验,设计了新型前探梁吊环,可以实现前探梁的稳固和高低升降调节机械化,结构牢固可靠,取得了良好的支护效果。
In view of the inconvenient operation and poor reliability of forepoling--bar ring with chock between ring and bar, the paper presents the design of new forepoling--bar ring consisting of splint, gear lock and screw by field observation and experiment, which will help realize the stabilization of forepoling bar and the mechaniza- tion of lifting regulation with good support effect.
