摘要
坪湖煤矿皮带暗斜井担负-450m煤仓至-300m煤仓的原煤运输任务,由于减速器及伞齿轮等部件经常发生损坏事故,影响正常安全生产,且维护成本高,改造后,安全保障系数及材料维护成本收到了显著的效果。
The belt subinclined shaft of Pinghu Colliery performs the raw coal transportation from -450 m bunk er to -300 m bunker. The recurrent damages of reducer and components such as bevel gear influence the nor mal safety production with high maintenance cost. The paper introduces the transformation on reducer, which improves the safety coefficient and reduces the material cost of maintenance.
