摘要
锚杆支护技术作为一种主动控制巷道围岩稳定的支护技术已经广泛应用于煤矿开采过程中。支护体的最大承载能力是支护设计的最基本指标。通过建立平衡微分方程从理论上分析锚固界面的弹塑性,同时利用一种锚杆拉拔模拟试验平台对测力锚杆做锚杆拉拔试验,对相关仪器得到的数据和测力锚杆每个测点所显示数据的分析来研究锚杆的锚固质量。
Bolting technology, a support technology actively controlling the stability of roadway surrounding rock, has been widely applied in coal mining. The maximum carrying capacity of supporting body is the most basic in- dicators for supporting design. The paper theoretically analyzes the elastoplasticity of anchoring interface by es- tablishing equilibrium equations and makes a study on the anchoring quality through the data obtained from the associated instruments and the measuring points of dynamometer bolt in pullout test on a simulation experiment platform.
