摘要
某矿煤层顶板松软层厚,遇水易膨胀,导致巷道矿压显现明显,破坏变形严重,巷道支护存在很大的困难,针对这种情况,该矿采取外锚内注锚杆注浆加固、U型可伸缩性支架和喷混凝土联合支护方案,本文对联合支护的各项参数及施工方法进行了详细的分析,巷道围岩变形得到了有效控制,为矿井每年节约维修费约70万元,值得在类似地质条件的矿井中应用。
Soft rock of seam roof is thick and easy to expand while encountering water in some colliery, which re- suits strata behavior, serious deformation of roadway and difficulty of roadway support. Aiming at this situa- tion, joint support of bolt grouting strengthening with bolting outside and grouting inside, U--shaped scalable stent and shotcrete is adopted in the colliery. The paper analyzes the parameters of joint support and construc- tion method, which effectively controls surrounding deformation of roadway, saves 700,000 yuan of maintenance expense for mines each year and worths applying in mines of similar geological conditions.
