直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵齿形的结构分析

摘要 以直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的齿轮副为研究对象,通过对外齿轮的设计,并利用齿轮啮合基本定律及共轭齿廓的设计方法推导出内、外齿轮啮合线数学模型及内齿轮的齿形线数学模型,同时针对外齿轮的设计结构确定了外齿轮齿顶圆极限半径、齿形半角的可行范围,为直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的设计提供理论依据。 By taking the linear conjugate internal gear pump gear pair as the researching object,through designing the external gear,and then using the fundamental law of gearing and tooth profile conjugate designing method,the mathematic models of meshing line of internal and external gears were deduced,as well as for the models of tooth shape line of internal gear. At the same time,by ai-ming at the design structure of external gear,the limited radius of the tooth top round of the external gear and the feasible range of the half angle of the tooth shape were confirmed. It provides a theoretical basis for the designing of the linear conjugated internal gear pump.
