摘要
液压冲击会直接影响液压系统的稳定和控制精度,从而影响液压滚切剪剪切钢板的质量,因此有必要对液压滚切剪液压系统中的压力冲击进行研究。通过理论分析得到缩短液压泵与液压阀之间的管道长度可以减小液压冲击的结论,并通过AMESim仿真软件对不同长度液压管道内的液压冲击进行了仿真,验证了此结论的正确性。
Hydraulic impact can descend the system stability and control precision,then the quality of sheared plates will be poor. So it is necessary to research it. A conclusion was gotten that shortening the length of pipes between pumps and servo-valves could reduce the hydraulic impact by theoretical analysis. And its correctness was confirmed by simulation with AMESim software.
