山地牵引车充气液力减振器特性计算与试验研究

摘要 为准确描述某型山地牵引车减振器力学特性,建立了其单筒储气液力减振器的完整数学模型,得到了该型减振器的速度特性与示功特性,仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合。基于此模型讨论减振器关键参数对其外特性的影响,发现阀口直径、振动速度、充气气压等因素对减振器外特性影响较大。储气液力减振器可适应较高振动速度,具有良好的阻尼特性,适用于工况复杂的山地牵引车。 In order to describe the behaviors of hydraulic damper with single tube on mountain agricultural tractor,the physical model of the damper was built based on fluid dynamics. Both of the velocity behavior and displacement behavior were obtained. The simulation diaphragm conformed well with the test results. The discussion about influences of the key parameters on performance was presented. The conclusion is that valve diameter,velocity and air pressure are crucial to the damper. Hydraulic damper with single tube can adapt to high vibration velocity,which is suitable for mountain agricultural tractor.
