摘要
以4M12-78/34型氧气压缩机一级气缸为研究对象,应用VC++编程工具对Pro/E三维设计软件进行二次开发,编写缸体的参数化设计软件,并应用此方法对二级气缸进行设计。与常规设计方法相比较,采用该方法设计的缸体精度高、可靠性好且该方法适用于4M12其他机型的气缸设计,提高气缸设计效率2倍以上,为4M12型压缩机整机参数化设计方法提供了基础。
A parametric design method was presented for one-level cylinder of 4M12-78/34 oxygen compressor. Pro/E software was developed secondarily with VC++ to program the parametric design software. The two-level cylinders were designed by using this method. Comparing with conventional design method,it is prove that the method has high precision,reliability and suitable for cylinder design of 4M12 other models. The cylinder design time is saved more than twice. The research provides theory basis for the parametric design of 4M12 compressor.
