摘要
为了能够了解混凝土泵在进行泵送作业时,混凝土对混凝土泵分配阀的磨损情况,对混凝土泵分配阀流场进行数值仿真研究。在SolidWorks中建立了混凝土泵分配阀模型,在GAMBIT中划分网格并指定了边界条件,并在Fluent中进行求解计算,研究混凝土泵分配阀的流场。研究结果对于混凝土泵分配阀的设计和磨损检测有一定的理论和使用价值。
For finding out the wearing condition of the concrete pump distributing valve by concrete when the concrete pump was working,the numerical simulation study on the fluid field of the concrete pump distributing valve was carried out. The model of the concrete pump distributing valve was established in SolidWorks,being meshed and its boundary conditions were defined in GAMBIT, and the calculation was carried out in Fluent,the fluid field of the concrete pump distributing valve was studied. The result provides some theoretical and practical value for the design and the wear detection of concrete pump distributing valve.
