摘要 介绍一种机床功能部件——磁悬浮圆柱形直线运动导轨副的原理与特点,该功能部件结合了圆柱形导轨和磁悬浮支承的优点,便于实现机床功能部件的系列化、模块化,满足高速、高精度数控机床直线进给系统的性能要求。简述其研究概况和分析其关键技术。 A kind of machine tool component,namely a magnetic levitation cylindrical linear motion guide was introduced,inclu-ding its principle and characteristics. It combined the advantages of cylindrical guide and magnetic suspension supporting,so the seri-alization and modularization of the machine tool component could be fulfilled easily. The requirements of high-speed and high-precision of CNC machine tools could be met. The current research situation of magnetic levitation cylindrical linear motion guide was outlined, and the core issues were analyzed.
