摘要
介绍双离合自动变速器常见故障模式。以"挂挡不能行驶"故障为例建立故障树并进行定性分析,求出全部最小割集。研究了双离合自动变速器故障诊断专家系统知识库构建和推理机实现等核心问题,如基于故障树的知识获取、知识表示方法、采用关系数据模型的数据库设计、基于规则的正反向混合推理过程等。研究表明:基于故障树的双离合自动变速器故障诊断专家系统设计合理,实用可行。
Common failure modes of dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT) were described. Taking“Car can not drive in the gear”failure as an example,the fault tree was built and analyzed qualitatively,and all minimal cut sets were found out. The core issues in construction of knowledge base and realization of reasoning machine of DCT fault diagnosis expert system,such as knowledge acquisition based on fault tree,knowledge representation,database design with relational data model,forward and backward reasoning based on rules,were focused on. It is shown that DCT fault diagnosis expert system based on fault tree design is reasonable,practical.
