甲基丙烯酸3-磺酸内酯钾盐聚合物防污性能研究

摘要 将齐墩果酸、除虫菊酯、自制的甲基丙烯酸3-磺酸内酯钾盐聚合物(PSPMA)和离子液体1-(4-乙烯基苄基)-3-丁基咪唑六氟磷酸盐(VBIm-PF6)作为防污剂填充到天然獭兔毛皮表面毛纤维内部的中空结构中,并用明胶封端,制备出可以缓释防污剂的防污材料.微藻和孢子的黏附实验证明,填充了PSPMA和离子液体的毛纤维表面具有明显的防污效果,其中填充了PSPMA的毛纤维表面防污效果最佳. A new kind of controlled-release material is filled in Rex rabbit fur natural hair fibers with different kinds of antifouling compounds,such as oleaniacid,pyrethrin,poly(3-sulfopropyl methacrylate)(PSPMA) and a kind of ionic liquid(VBIm-PF6),and then end-capping by gelatin.This material can control the release of antifouling compounds by gelatin dissolving in artificial sea water very slowly,and there are some holes on the surface of gelatin and the antifouling compounds will dissolve.The settlement assays of microalgaes and zoospores show that hair fibers filled with PSPMA and VBIm-PF6 have obvious antifouling property,and PSPMA is the best.PSPMA is proved to be a very effective and environment-friendly antifouling compound
