摘要 在磺酸化聚4-乙烯基吡啶杂多酸盐的催化作用下,由芳香醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯和脲素三组分一锅法合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮类化合物,产率可高达96%.催化剂可以通过简单的过滤进行回收循环利用8次,催化活性没有明显的降低. The poly(4-vinylpyridine)heteropolyacid salts acted as a catalyst to effectively catalyze the threecomponent one-pot synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2 (1H)-ones compounds by ethyl acetoacetate,aldehyde,and urea,and the compounds yield can be obtained in good yields(96%).More importantly,the catalyst could be easily recovered by the filtration and reused eight times without significant loss of catalytic activity.
