六盘山国家级自然保护区两栖动物资源调查及区系分析

Field survey and faunal analysis on amphibian resources in Liupanshan National Nature reserve of Ningxia Province

利用样线法和访谈法对六盘山保护区两栖动物进行调查,共采集到两栖动物标本80余只,经鉴定并结合文献记载,六盘山保护区分布有5种两栖动物,隶属于1目3科4属,占宁夏两栖动物总数的71.4%.其中六盘齿突蟾(Scutiger liupanensis)种群数量不足3万只,已处在濒危状态,花背蟾蜍(Bufo minshanicu)、岷山蟾蜍(Pseudepidalea raddei)及中国林蛙(Rena chensinesis)为保护区优势种,而黑斑侧褶蛙(Pelophylax nigromaculatus)在保护区十分罕见,恐已绝迹.保护区以古北界物种为主,共计3种,占保护区两栖动物总数的60.0%,占宁夏两栖动物总数的42.9%,广布种2种,占保护区两栖动物总数的40.0%,占宁夏两栖动物总数的28.6%,无东洋界物种,这与保护区在动物地理区划上属宁南黄土高原森林草原动物群相一致.针对保护区两栖动物保护中存在的问题,在管理、科研及具体实施上提出了一些建议.

Using sample line method and interview method to investigate amphibians species of Liupanshan National Nature Reserve of Ningxia Province,4 kinds of amphibians specimen is collected.Combined with literature and collection of specimens before,there are total 5 kinds of amphibians in Liupanshan National Nature Reserve,belonging to 4 genus and 3 families,which account for 71.4％ of all amphibian in Ningxia Province.Among them,the population of Scutiger liupanensis is less than 30000,which has been endangered,Bufo minshanicu、Pseudepidalea raddei and Rena chensinesis are dominant species in reserve,Pelophylax nigromaculatus had vanished in reserve.Amphibians in reserve is given priority to with Palaearctic realm,a total of three,which account for 60.0 ％ of all amphibian in Liupanshan National Nature Reserve,42.9％ of all amphibian in Ningxia Province.2 widespread,which account for 40.0％ of all amphibian in Liupanshan National Nature Reserve,28.6％ of all amphibian in Ningxia Province,no Oriental Realm.This kind of animal fauna characteristics and reserves in the animal geographical division is consistent with Ningnan loess plateau forest grassland animal group.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the protection area of amphibians.
