Synthesis of 4″-nitro-2-phenyl-1H,1′H-2′,5-bibenzodimidazole with Microwave Radiation

摘要 微波辐射下,以对硝基苯甲醛、3,4-二氨基苯甲酸为原料,合成了新化合物4″-硝基-2-苯基-1H,1′H-2′,5-双苯并咪唑。探讨了第2步反应条件与反应产率的关系,结果表明,较优的反应条件是邻苯二胺︰2-(4-硝基苯基)-1H-苯并咪唑-5-甲酸=1.5︰1,微波输出功率500 W,微波辐射30min,产率82%。该化合物结构经IR,1 HNMR,MS确认。 The synthesis of 4″-nitro-2-phenyl-1H,1′H-2′,5-bibenzodimidazole under microwave irradiation by using p-nitrobenzaldehyde and 3,4-diaminobenzoic acid as raw materials was reported.The optimized reaction conditions were obtained as the mole ratio of o-phenylenediamine to 4-nitro-2-benzyl-1H-benzimidazole-5-methanoic acid:1.5︰1,output power of microwave generator:500W,and irradiation time:30 min.A yield of 82% was achieved under those conditions.The compound was characterized and confirmed by IR,1 HNMR,and MS.
