摘要
高纯α-Al2O3粉是制造高科技产品的重要原料,其优异的性能和广阔的应用前景引起了业界的广泛关注。介绍了α-Al2O3的主要制备方法和近几年研究进展,比较了各种方法的优缺点,从生产成本、工艺流程复杂程度和环境污染等方面进行了重点分析,提出了制备高纯α-Al2O3粉体的新方法。
High purity alumina （α-Al2O3） powder is the important material of making high-tech product.Its excellent properties and broad application prospects has caused widely concern.The preparation methods and recently development of high purity alumina are introduced,advantages and disadvantages of the methods are compared,cost of production,process complexity and environmental pollution are selectively analyzed.Finally,a new method has been developed for the preparation of high purity α-Al2O3.
