摘要
采用本体聚合的方法制备了含铅/钐功能粒子的辐射防护有机玻璃,研究了不同金属浓度样品的性能差异。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能量色散型X射线能谱(EDAX)等方法研究了材料的微观结构;采用紫外分光光度计(UV)对材料的透光率进行了测试和分析;利用多道γ谱仪和Gamma Vision软件测试并分析了材料的辐射防护性能。结果表明,铅和钐两种功能元素同时被引入到有机玻璃中,甲基丙烯酸铅/钐与甲基丙烯酸甲酯发生聚合反应,功能性粒子在材料中分布比较均匀,有轻微的团聚现象,并且具有较好的光学性能,透光率较高,材料对高能和低能射线都有较好的屏蔽效果。
Samarium methacrylate(Sm(MAA)3)/lead methacrylate(Pb (MAA)2)/polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) composite material was prepared for radiation-protection through bulk polymerization method,the samples prepared under different metal concentration were studied.The rnicrostructure of the composite material was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and energy dispersive (EDAX).Transmittance of the material was also tested and analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.Gamma energy spectrum system and Gamma Vision software were used to calculate its radiation shielding property.The results indicate that composite material contained both lead and samarium element,Sm(MAA)3 and Pb(MAA)2 were copolymerized with methyl methacrylate,the particles of Sm(MAA)3 and Pb(MAA)2 in the as-prepared material were homogeneous with slight reunion,and the material exhibits a great transmittance property.The material owned a great radiation shielding property for both low energy photon and high energy photon.
