延续护理改善COPD患者自我护理状况和生活质量的效果

Influence of Extended Care on Self-care Status and Quality of Life among COPD Patients

目的探讨延续护理改善COPD患者自我护理状况和生活质量的效果。方法便利选取2010年1月至2012年6月入院的符合入选条件的COPD患者62例,实施包括心理护理、营养支持、氧疗护理、呼吸功能锻炼、睡眠护理等内容的延续护理,调查患者在出院前和实施延续护理2个月后的自我护理状况和生活质量。结果实施延续护理2个月后,COPD患者的自我护理行为得分及生活质量得分较出院前均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.05)。结论延续护理有助于提高患者的生活质量和自我护理水平,值得在临床和社区护理中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of extended care on self-care status and quality of life among COPD patients. Methods From January 2010 to June 2012, 62 patients with COPD received extended eare, which included psychological nursing, nutrition support, oxygen therapy care, exercise of respiratory function, sleep care and et al. Self-care status and quality questionnaire of life were surveyed prior to discharge and after the implementation of extended care for 2 months. Results The self-care behavior score and quality of life seore in COPD patients with extended care were higher than those in patients with non-application of the extended care. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Extended care helps to improve the patients~ quality of life and self-care level,which is worthy to popularize in clinical and community nursing staff.
