摘要
根据某型红外空空导弹发射装置离轴控制系统的测试需求,针对已有测试设备模拟电路调试复杂、排故困难以及不能模拟导弹位标器实时随动目标的问题。通过对导弹离轴控制回路工作过程及阀控制算法的分析,文中提出了一种基于DSP的设计方法,运用基本的数、模集成电路,结合软件编程,简化了原有测试设备的离轴控制电路,并实现了模拟位标器实时随动目标的功能。其正确性已在产品上得到了充分验证。
According to the test needs of the off-axis control system of the IR air-to-air missile launcher, aiming at the problems that the previous testing equipment failed to simulate the seeker following targets in real-time, and the analog circuits with complex debug and diffi- cult check-up. By analyzing the working process of the missile' s off-axis control loop and the control algorithm of valves, the paper pro- posed the design basis on DSP, using the basic digital and analog integrated circuits, and software programming, which simplified the off- axis control circuit of the previous testing equipment, and implemented the function of simulating the seeker following targets in real-time. Its correctness is fully validated in the nroducts.
