摘要
为了快速评估某弹用O型橡胶密封圈的贮存寿命,以压缩永久变形率作为密封圈的性能变化参数,对其进行了热氧老化试验,依据试验数据建立了老化反应速度常数与温度关系的回归方程,给出了该密封圈在25℃下老化反应速度常数的估计区间,建立了压缩永久变形保留率与时间关系的老化动力学方程,预测其安全贮存寿命为7.4a。该试验结果为确定该密封圈的更换周期提供了参考依据。温度是影响橡胶密封圈性能的主要因素,在贮存过程中应加强对环境温度的控制。
In order to fast assess the storage life of the bullet O-ring, the thermal oxidation aging tests of the bullet O-ring were carried with compression permanent distortion as its performance parameter. Based on the experimental test data, regression equation of aging reaction velocity constant and absolute temperature was established. Estimating intervals of reaction velocity constant of the O-ring was provided at 25 degrees Celsius. Aging dynamics equation considering the O-ring compression performance change with time was established, and the safe storage life of the O-ring was 7.4 years. The test results offer reference for determining the replacement cycle of the O-ring. Tempera- ture is the main factor that influences the properties of the rubber sealing ring. The control of the environment temperature should be strengthened in the process of storage.
