The overall world economy was weaker in 2013 than in previous years.Given the United States,Europe and Japan’s strong promotion of trade liberalization,and various competing frameworks for cooperation in the Asia Pacific,regional cooperation has entered a new phase of vigorous and accelerated development.China’s external economic environment is thus becoming more complex.
