摘要
北外滩白玉兰广场酒店塔楼大屋面高度为171 m,采用了桩端后注浆的钻孔钢灌注桩和3.0 m厚钢筋混凝土筏板,选择了带顶部加强层的型钢混凝土框架—核心筒—刚臂结构的混合结构体系。对于结构的风荷载和地震作用取值、振型信息、风和地震作用下的计算结果进行了介绍,着重阐述了设计中的一些关键问题:中震下性能指标所采取的措施、剪力墙中设置钢骨减小墙体厚度、伸臂桁架和环带桁架的设置以及弹塑性分析。
The North Bund Magnolia Plaza Hotel tower with 171 m height is a high-rise building.Cast-in-site piles with post grouting technology and mat foundation of 3.0 m thickness are adopted.The SRC frame-core-outriggers structural system with strengthened storey is used in this structure.Rudimentary information such as wind loads,earthquake effects,vibration modes,structural responses under wind and seismic loading,was introduced.Some key issues of design were emphasized,including structural measures under moderate earthquakes,steel in shear walls for reducing wall thickness,outriggers and belt trusses,and performing elastoplastic analysis.
