摘要
采用XFG-1吸附剂,于固定床反应器中研究了催化裂化(FCC)汽油中微量硫化物的吸附脱除技术。在吸附温度为350℃,吸附压力为2.0 MPa,进料体积空速为7 h-1,氢油体积比为60的最佳操作条件下,可将FCC汽油中硫的质量分数从85.97×10-6降低至9.50×10-6,脱硫率为88.95%,烯烃体积分数下降1.1个百分点。XFG-1吸附剂再生后可循环使用。与新鲜吸附剂相比,再生吸附剂的吸附活性虽略有下降,但脱硫性能稳定。采用XFG-1吸附剂脱硫,可获得质量达到国V清洁汽油标准(硫质量分数小于10×10-6)要求的FCC汽油。
The removal of low content sulfides in catalytic cracking (FCC) gasoline was studied on XFG - 1 adsorbent in a fixed - bed reactor. The re- sults showed that under the optimal condition of ad- sorption temperature 350 ℃, adsorption pressure 2.0 MPa, volumetric space velocity 7 h^-1 and hydro- gen to feed oil volume ratio 60, the sulfur mass frac- tion in FCC gasoline was decreased from 85.97 ×10^-6 to 9. 50 × 10^-6, desulfurization rate was 88.95% ,and olefin volume fraction was decreased by 1.1 percent points. XFG - 1 could be regenerated and recycled. The regenerated XFG- 1 was stable in des- ulfurization performance although its adsorption activ- ity was slightly decreased. XFG - 1 could be used as an adsorbent to produce FCC clean gasoline which could meet the quality requirement (sulfur mass frac- tion less than 10 × 10^-6 ) of national standard V.
